This is a General Hospital fanfiction archive that concentrates on the pairing of Jason Morgan and Elizabeth Webber. You will also find a lot of stories that feature Sonny and Carly Corinthos, Patrick Drake and Robin Scorpio, and Nikolas Cassadine and Emily Quartermaine. The stories are written completely by me, Melissa (LissieLove) and features novels, short stories, and other GH-related material. It has been online since September 19, 2002.

Having a lot of trouble getting started in the morning. I think it’s because of the medicine I’m taking — I’m supposed to take it around the time I go to bed, but it’s making me really groggy in the morning. I’m gonna try taking it a few hours earlier and see if it helps.
I finished reformatting the ebooks for Mad World, Books 1 – 3. Books 1 & 2 have been reuploaded to the site already because they were already publicly available. I had never created an ebook for Book 3, so that’s exclusive to the Patreon tier for about a week — the $3 and above tiers get early access.

EDIT: A peek behind the curtains here. I set up everything before 10 AM and writing, so my update posts are written in advance. I do this so that I can hit publish as close to 11 as possible. I was about 20 minutes into writing Part 37 when my phone flashed with a notification.
Roe v. Wade overturned.
I knew it was coming today. I knew the decision was going to be brutal, and I knew it was going to put every SCOTUS decision that means anything to me on the line. If they can take Roe, they can take Brown and Lawrence and Obergefell. I knew all of that, and still there was a small kernel that wanted to believe differently.
I literally just can’t. So today’s update is short. Two scenes. Sorry. I just can’t. My brain just can’t focus.

This story is the result of the wild vote we had on Patreon earlier this month — this story was in distant third until the last round of voting when it exploded in votes — it won by a single vote, lol. It picks up after Elizabeth’s testimony in the Alcazar murder trial in 2007 when she admitted to the affair with Jason — but lied about Jake’s paternity. In this version, she did not lie about Jake. That’s what Elizabeth is dealing with as the serial killer story happens in the background.

I did a few housekeeping things on the site — I updated the Flash Fiction page, but we’ve got a lot of series now so I’m not sure how to organize it best. Let me know if you have any thoughts. I also cleaned up Alternate History — there were few dates that weren’t quite correct.
I know Mad World is a bit daunting to anyone looking to catch up. I’m going to have some form of an ebook situation up this week — it won’t be the final version but it’ll be something you can load onto your ereaders and take with you. I’m still having some formatting issues on that score.
